YES HE DOES.

after he got around 7 kills, he turned it off when he got a good gun.
then i got a kill, because he's actually not that good, then got myself a kimber and owned a long while.
then when he died, i seen his health go solid red.
and he took twice as long to spawn when he was dead.
i was going to use a deagle, but then my proof would be pointless.
but yea, this guy hacks.
ask anyone who played him.

the only reason you beat me (scratch that BARELY beat me) is because I used L8 and could only win through headshots while you sprayed away like a nab.
