u mean the points u got from the kills? if so then yes unless its not a ladder game..
or if u mean kill coins well u can keep the kills if u go back to the game before its over..
btw next time u should just put this in the help section :D

if you press P twice or press End twice, yes your points save without having to finish the entire game.

i think if you just exit out of the browser, i don't think they save.
