If you want to upload pictures, just go on Photobucket, but I don't really get what you're looking for.

no im talking like about making a signature and i posted a picture over it but it has like a white border in the back and i dont no how to get rid of it

so like is there a place where u can download them without that white border

Simply crop the photo in a Paint Program so that the white border is not included and then re-upload it on an image website.
