Animated Avatars not working

idk if this is just me but for my avatar, i upload it right. But when i do it doesnt move, its just a still picture. Could you help me out anybody? If this is happening to you, id like to hear your feedback

It's probably because its a bigger size that what is allowed. I have a special way of getting around that :D

the animation u have is most likely to big and it wont play i dont know how to get around that excewpt for search for another 1 and make sure it smaller

You probably saved the picture as a the wrong file type.

well i gave my friend a ava that was no bigger than the ava sizes and it was still.

I've learned that if the file size is too large it will not animate.
Also, if the width and height is greater than 80x80 it will be cropped, and will only show the first frame in the animation.
