i dont have cs2 or any of that. stuck with elements 6.0 and theres no smudge settings...

thats true he did. and a long while back when he still did gfx i asked him what brush he used. and he said the 3 pix fuzzy circle. i tried it and it didnt work. but its been a long time and ive come so far so ill try it again
