FIREFOX3 how do I delete user added dictionary words?

I keep mistakenly adding words that I misspell frequently to the dictionary due to misclicks, any one know how to delete them?
Like, is there a dictionary folder in the program file that is for user added ones?

I think you go to Tools... then something. Click Help, and search it. D:
