Has The Left Mechanics Glitch Thang Ruined Mazing?

Last june, the hardest thing in mazing that you could do was the ladderless zecxx to the right... lol at least for me that was the case. Actually most people had trouble with V's 'thingamajig' glitch. I took a break from pawn in the summer- and come back to find that so much crap to the left has been discovered. Most of which i cant do- lol. In my very humble opinion the left glitches have made mazing horrible. You cant go anywhere in a maze without seeing some sort of left glitch. Whilst i love to see mazing at its best with complicated combinations and glitches... This stuff to the left is insane. I do not say this because i cant do any of them. I say it because more than half of the mazers out there cant do it. There used to be a time that if you were semi pro you could beat a maze if you stuck at it long enough. But thats not so- If your not in the 'loop' V, Domino, Koheran, Bonk, Tinglian, DpBaller, you dont ever figure out how to do these complicated thangs that are in almost every maze that i see hosted nowadays. I dont mean any disrespect to DpBaller who seems to be the creator behind these glitches, i just am stating my own opinion saying that this left glitch **** is whack. Its made me contemplate quitting or at least quitting mazing. But as much as i want to quit i just cant. ( even though i cant pk lol ) Im not saying you cant put this stuff in your mazes. Im just saying that i will leave any maze i seem them in.

Left mechanic isn't that hard. Some of the different uses for it are hard though. As for ruining mazing, I don't think so. It can't be used for many shortcuts in old mazes, and since not many people can't do it consistantly, it really shouldn't appear very much except in the few that can do it near 100%. I just consider it another glitch that requires practice to nail. Its just one of those things that's annoying to learn, but once you get it the first couple of times it comes easier and easier, like v jumps or reverse k1llers.

Retiring from about 3 months of no mazing leaves you out so badly. Even all the retarded "walk through the maze" will always have this.

no doubt LM is hard, like all jumps if u practice long enough u will see improvments, i practiced it for 1 hour straight >< and strted seeing improvements, and if u dont like it then dont make mazes with it. or at least have it in a part of ur maze where u r not fallin a whole screen.

I can left mechanic 95%, its the combination left mechanic (insert your jump here) that gets me frustrated at times... I can left rhy about 25%, left zecxx maybe 40%, but left system to clash blows me away to the point that i've never once done it... even with hours of practicing.

Ive yet to see a new jump, just combos- so in my opinion looking for a new jump through this left mechanic jawn is an upward battle. It is a cool find i admit. but the crap that has come out, left zec and left clash and all this other stuff is crazy- the only one i liked was left rhy. super combo right there.

if you have to do something even faster than the rhy then i wont be able to do it because i need to take my time while mazing now. i will say that i beat mazes 1-5 that i made, which is a huge accomplishment on this laptop.

In my opinion, i like the new/left glitches but there is a few problems:

-Most people cant do the jumps
-And its becoming something that only 50 people do.

Mazing used to be something that everybody could do, but its turned into a game that only few people like.

I thank everyone that has made mazing how it is but it has gotten to the point of getting sill and extremely frustrating to finish a maze.

People used to make mazes for fun, but now its to try to overule the proest of mazer.

The case is that you dont have to use left stuff to make your maze good. So just dont use the flippin glitch.

Here's the thing.


Now, mazing is about doing a series of frustrating jumps, otherwise it's a "noob" maze. What happened to the time where you could make hard jumps, not combo every single hard jump, and make a nearly impossible 5 minute jump and it would still be "pro"?


Mazing was more fun earlier when people were still trying it out, and nobody had to put like 30 different glitches in 1 maze just to make it "pro".

The sad thing is, the few still in "pro" status know so much they keep putting out MORE of this, so it's impossible to catch up.
