its a control for lag, the ping cap is set for a certain MS, when someones ms exeeds that cap, that person is booted back to the chat.

Pretty much, if your MS is higher than set, you'll be saying "WTF" in chat.
In PT it's in every game, in Pawn only when you set it.

anyway, if you lag too much, youll be kicked out ex : ping cap is set at 170. whenever your ms is higher, your kicked out and you get 10 infraction points (jk)
