i need some help..i dont know how do this =/

Nope.

I'm still learning CS3.

Im so native to elements it screws me up.

If I figure it out I will help you.

after I used PS for a while I wanted to see if I could remember how to do stuff on gimp.

The only thing I could remember how to do was use the soft light filter.

I use cs2 so cs3 might be different.

By the looks of your smudge settings right now it already has scattering set.

So just try clicking scattering and see if it takes you too the menu.

Also try changing your brush, and see if that changed what the smudge thing looks like.

If it doesn't change then theres a problem.

I didn't think you would post a screenie that wasn't yours then ask for help.

Post a screenie of your smudge settings, and then tell me what you want to change.

And sorry, I don't know everyones photobucket, I'm only human.
