if there are none i guess i will have to pay...

Never trust free scans that tell you to pay for it.
Instead, try other full-free antivirus
such as
what he said above,
Avira AntiVir,
Avast,
AVG,
Ad Aware (this is anti-spyware and stuff)
What is the name of it, i want to make sure it isn't fake etc.
If it's Antivirus 2008 then your fucked.
Pay for trusted antivirus software, such as Kapersky, Norton, Mcaffee, etc.
Personally, I have Norton 360 2008 Edition, and I like it. It works, and stays out of the way. McAffee is slightly more secure, but a hundred-fold more annoying. I don't know as much about Kapersky. Maybe someone else can tell him about that? I'm not going to tell you about an antivirus I've never personally used, because I don't claim to know everything.

You should get norton i had over 700 infections and only 30 threats and norton took them down :D but you have to punch in this long activation key.

This is what we call "rouge anti-virus\spyware programs". They tell you that your computer has a lot of problems when nothing is wrong. The purpose is to scam you into buying something that does nothing at all.

Honestly, if you want a good Virus Protection that will actually work, you need to buy one.
A few good oens are:
Mcafee
AVG Version 8.0
avast!
These are the three I use, I run a scan or two everyday, usually on all three of them. You might think I don't need to scan on three different scanners, but I don't take risks at all.
