Hm well I would first like to tell you that PCI GeForce has been having a lot of problems and you might need to re-install or clean your drivers before it is functioning properly.

I have that same card.
Just go to the website and click on drivers, it should show you a list and click on the 6 series.
It's really easy >_<
I'll do it for you actually.
Here ya go.

Did you turn onboard graphics on when you reformatted?
When I installed mine, having onboard graphics make a pixily startup.

they were on, then i turned them off and i run through the PCI slot (g card) and it will have a fine display but the graphix drivers are not there and when trying to move a window or scroll down it can;'t hadle it cus nothing is drving the card. then when i instal the driver. It goes pixly and i cannot change any settings.

Reinstall your graphics card.
That means disabling onboard, rebooting, then using the disks you got from nvidea to re configure the card.
