It looks like the blurring on the tire is from the exhaust, but its too low, the blur should be alittle higher.
Looks like Yoshi is sticking his azz out at you too LOL
I like it cause of the Yoshi factor :)

If you are gonna motion blur more stuff add in a Tail-light and blur that aswell as the tire and maybe Yoshi's head or tail...but def the tail light (if added) and the tire
