Sound Suddenly Stops

I don't know how, or why this is happening but sometimes when I use the computer, it sometimes just cuts off the sound. So, I can't hear anything unless I log out or restart the computer. Does anyone know why this is happening?

make sure your wires are connected properly.

If they are and you are still getting this problem its most likely a fault in the wireing of your speakers.

You probably need new ones.
