well i have this awesome gif i want to put as my new avatar, cuz my current 1 is kinda stupid, and it says 100 by 100 or 19.5 kb whichever smallest or somthin like that, so the avatar is 100 by 75, which is the smaller of the 2 but then it says the kb is over the limit. is somthin wrong here, or can i do somthin to make the gif smaller?
