A spam forum(WAIT, JUST READ IT)

It is ONLY viewable by mods, and is a forum, that doesn't raise post count.
Why you might ask?
Well, the mods can move the thread to the forum, and it will take off the posts that were gained by the spammers, and can be inf'd later if a mod is busy, by another mod.
Also, be better cuz SOME mods just don't inf for hardly anything, and another mod may feel that it is necessary.

A. PGF:No one can posts there.

2.CEF:It's visible
B.PGF:Only mods can see it

3.CEF:no threads are moved there
C:PGF:That's where threads are moved after being locked(for spam), takes off all post counts, only mods can see it, and makes it easier to inf the offenders, can be moved back if the mods feel the spam posts are done and away with, and the other posts deserved the PC.

Peoples post counts are in the hundreds to thousands more than they should be because of spam.
These are also the type of people that think "Bigger post count, bigger brain" and "Bigger popularity", so they spam a lot.

I have never seen a spam forum in a hgih reputational game.
Spam forums are usually found in free host forums which don't have any games or applications to serve.

Spam forums are seen in a bad manner from many people.

General Chat is the "Spam forum" in my opinion, though there are limits of course.

In the spam forum people will curse, break rules, spread bots and hacks, advertise, Pawn will no longer we the good old safe nice Forum/Game.
