Layered Tiles

Although thi may sound stupid, I want to be able to have layered tiles. This would be used so you can have Background or forgeground, or anything non collidable behind destructible or tiles that dont completely fill up the screen.(eg Grass)This could even be used in maps like June, because behind the vines (ladder) you see grey.
