Is this a joke, you've been here for a year and have a high rank and don't know what it is. anyways lag is when the game slows down or temporary freezes.

You got to know what is lagging. Everyone at some point gets some. Unless your computer is on steriods and you have a lightning fast internet connection. Basically, lagging is when the players start "teleporting" and the bullets seem to be coming from nowhere. When extreme lag occurs you pretty much don't even have time to fire a shot.
