More than 1 account per computer

I created a new account because my old one didn't rank, although I played repeatededly on it. So, I went and activated the new one, tried to log on, and a pop-up came up. It said only 1 client per computer. Can someone tell me how to fix this or explain why this happened? Thanks.

clear your cache, if that dosent work make sure u arent logged in on both accounts in Pawn
