I read the guide for clearing cache and I have Internet Explorer and I did what it said and I also have Internet Explorer but it just won't work.

To clear your cache:
Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Browsing History (Click Delete.) -> Hit Delete All.
That should clear your cache. I don't understand what you mean by it just won't do it? O_o

Tbh, get Opera (http://www.opera.com) as it is extremely faster, safer, and all over better than IE.

Yes, it is better than FireFox although I stated it was better, safer, and all over better than IE.
