This chick I know right. She totally thinks shes like wicked fat when she isn't at all. It's like a crazy mental thing, where no matter what she thinks she's fat. I know what your thinking, spoiled little rich girl wanting attention. But you got it all wrong, she doesn't even talk about it, she just is miserable all the time. I've been trying to help her and stuff but nothing I say will set in.

Any advice?

Here's advice:
A1: She must be wanting to look like something in another way. Have you talked to her about that? A2: Females generally refer to themselves as somewhat obese or not pretty for their mate to pay attention more.
A1: I used to think myself as a bit 'fat' around the thighs a couple months back. But that was because some girls whispered behind my back or because I felt a bit tired and felt like I was dragging pounds or wanted to look like something else.
A2: Yeah seriously. In my opinion females do this for attention.
A1: She's not sick with anything, its just a stage some girls go over. We want to look as normal as possible, or as "pretty" as possible, there are thoughts like that passing through our minds along with some other social stuff.
The best thing to do now is just to go along with it and support her and she will eventually go over this stage soon enough.
A2: If that doesn't work I'd go along with the McDonald's option.

i'm with apocolyptic, this can just be a stage, it can also be a self-esteem issue, ether way it goes, just support her in it. I personally don't care for appearance, its how they act feel and think that matters to me.

then don't worry about it and make sure she knows you love her for who she is, not how she looks(even if you do love her for how she looks, don't tell her) this will get her over the fact she is 'fat' much faster then trying to tell her she isn't fat
