Me: My modem isn't working, no lights lit up at all.
Lady: is the modem on standby?
Me: -.- NO, no lights are lit up.
Lady: Ok, check and make sure the standby button isn't on.
Me: -hangs up because this is the 40th retard I've talked to-
Every conversation was in equal or greater retard value to that one.
