I think he means you'll be able to pick up individual flames and throw them at your enemies.
Gears of War 2 looks sweet. I saw this thing on Yahoo News entitled something like "Gears of War 2 Too Violent for Some?" Of course more violence means more fun!
I'm looking forward to the new chainsaw combat.

They said that if the 2nd one does well enough, they will start to work on the third one. they are already working on the story of the third one
