Uploading Folders?

I'm a little confused on how to upload folders for my PSD Pack. Anyone want to help me?

I just need to upload the whole folder with all of the PSDs in it and I'm not sure how to.

zip them with winrar or winzip.
then upload with rapidshare
because when you zip, it gets put into one compressed file
and anyone with winzip or winrar can open them and have the .psd's
