Has anyone thught of creating like a huge fansite database for Pawn? It could kind of be like the Pawn-Wikipedia of sorts. It could have descriptions of all the weapons and maps, strategies, and other pawn related stuff. A website like that could really help members and attract more players who don't want to play a game they're not familiar with. Please tell me if a thread like this exsists, or a website.

Well, no there isn't one.. Mainly just clan forums but that's all, and not very helpful.

Hmmm...why not get a group of more experienced players and try to start one?

I've been thinking about creating a pawn wiki for awhile, but there's really no reasone to right now. The game guides are good enough for that type of stuff. Still, if you want to try something like this I'll be glad to help.

I think I might try something, mostly for fun. Just get some weapon data, map data, and screenshots

Good idea. But pawn isn't that type of game for it.

I bet you twilly, poosh (if he is still sexy enough to be active :P), and maybe mung mung, and I can make a wiki...

Pooshybears idea:

The pawn wiki made by:
Pooshybear(sexy), twilly(lardman), BALMUNG(phat), Pooshonmyshoos(hawt)

The editors of wikipedia delete lots of stuff. If you´re making a wikipedia entry on a game it has to be pretty huge. The best thing you could do about it is make your own wiki for pawn, or perhaps put a pawngame page up on a gaming wiki.
Here are some examples of what I am talking about. I am using pages about gunz as an example:

example a:A wiki all about gunz (http://www.gunzfactor.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page)

example b: Gunz page at strategywiki (http://strategywiki.org/wiki/GunZ_The_Duel)

I think the second example is more around what the original poster is talking about.

Still, if all the editors want is some ¨proof¨ of pawn then just wait until the game gets really popular.

I'm not talking about making an wikipedia entry, I want to try to make a Pawn database, or pawn wiki.

And how could editors think Pawn not exsist? Can't we just tell one of them go to www.pawngame.com , click "Quick Play", and watch him/her get their *** whooped?
