GIF stands for Graphics Interchange Format
its a image format, or file type for a picture, usually of an animation, but not always

Find a GIF(A Movement Pic) Picture, and Save it to your Documents
Then, Save it as a Name, and under the Name, it shows GIF and another Option,Do GIF
Avatars need Browsing, so it'd work better then IGMing to your Signature

upload it to www.tinypic.com as a video, then copy the code and put it in ur sig. but dont change the size at all or ull lose the animation.
