Do mods have power to remove inf?

cuz I got 6 points, a MAJORLY unfair one from fuze, and a spam infraction for me asking for help because my keyboard was typing backwards, and it really looked like spam.


No mods are respondent though, probably thinking I'm some noob that swore in chat and got footed and whining.

I've had 2 mods agree it wasn't spam, and first said he realized my post wasn't spam, I just really couldn't find out why I was being forced to type backwards.
Just inf never removed, was wondering if they do/don't have that power.

It's not that big of an issue, and when you make it a big issue, then we have no want to remove it.
