1)What is a "rip"
2)What is a vector

What do you mean by that? RIP usually stands for rest in peace but when not in capitals it could just mean to tear something. I have no idea what a vector is.

If you are talking about graphics.
Rip - Talking someones sig and putting your name on it with out permission.
vector - Vecor is a brush.

Aw, if someone told your "friends ripped" google his sig,its just stealing a picture that someone else made

both graphics terms.
1. RIP- stealing or "ripping" layers, c4ds, or other materials and claiming them as your own.
2. Vector- kind of graphics, arrows,circles, and other brushes the look "retro"

no it cannot work on a psp. you cant upload it cuz its not in your pictures
