I need some help with some graphical terms
What does "rip" mean
What is a vector
What is a tag

The only one I can confidently answer is the first one.
Rip (or ripping) is when someone steals another person's work and presents it as their own.

Yea for example:
say like i took your mario sig and i posted it on a forum and i said i made this sig and it's really not your it's someone else, then that's called Ripping.

A "tag" is just a signature based on something.
A vector is a picture made out of lines, points, and curves versus raster images which lose detail if you stretch or shrink them.
tag- sig basically
Rip- stealing layers, c4ds, tags, etc. without permission and claiming them as your own.
Vector- a kind of brush

A vector is an image formed out of lines, points, and curves versus raster images which use pixels.
