Graphics Question?

Ok wasn't sure if i was asuppose to post this in help or here but its about graphics so i posted it here, what are the little things that have a transparent background and it'll have like ur name on it and u put it on top of ur signature, like BlackNight's with the little lines coming from his siggeh, or like poxboy's hanging off the bottom of his.. please help..

those are called headers. They are supposed to make your signature seem better all together.
