My rank points won't go up

My total points have been at 889 for 2 weeks now and I have participated in countless battles and gained well over 100 points, but the points are not transfered. I'm tired of being a nOOb when I should at least be a private!!!

play the YELLOW LADDER GAMES NOT THE BLUE C (CUSTOM) GAMES


yellow ladder games - adds/subtracts to your total points
custom 'C' games- Don't do anything.

if that's not it..

that means you have to--

LOG OUT PROPERLY
WAIT FIVE MINUTES FOR THE WORLD RANK TO RESET........

I've been making sure I'm on a ladder game and it still won't go up, I've been at 357 for about a week now. >=[
