Ingame background glitch

Just found this, I don't know what it's from though

is it just a glitch, or did my game not load completely?

I get the same glitch from time to time. I wouldn't worry about it. Hopefully it'll be fixed.

This is pretty old, it only happens to maps that don't have a background.

It is an old glitch.
It happens to me a lot of times.

its not like it hurts you though. just ignore it. also i think that the background is from background #1 which is supposed to be a grey background, but it sometimes has this load screen up.
