most probably because ur acc is glitched. it cant rank at all because it is glitched, like many other acc's. to make aa fully functioning acc u hav to make it through the forums

Type in /stats in the lobby of chatting.
If you have no stats, make a new account on the forums.
1. Click on forum.
2. Click on log out at the top right.
3. Click on register at the top left.
4. Fill it out.
