The yellow thumbs up sign is called thumbs down when you put your mouse over it. And the red thumbs down sign is called thumbs up when you put your mouse over it.

He's saying when you put your mouse courser over the THUMBS DOWN it says THUMBS UP. Then the other way around.

Still, that is something you do not neccessarily need.
It will produce more lag if we change it.
