its the map cycle glitch. there were more than one map lined up for this fight, and he went on to the next in line, while u stayed there. in the next map he was able to get to that point because there was nothing blocking him

He must have done a jump out the crouch position.
Or he maybe cleared the 2 empty spaces where the drop is.
