Why is FF scrolling to last?!

In forums, on EVERY site, FF scrolls to bottom, and last page...very annoying...
Anything I can do to stop the bloody annoyance?

Gotoa do this quick:
Control panel
Mouse Settings
Go to Wheel tab
Edit scroll amount from there


come back if that doesn't work

it stands for fire fox. Its a web browser that is awesome! It it fast and has no add-ons.
