parental controls just make me laugh.

Ok, there's this nice little tool where you can setup a proxy without using a website, all you do is look up a proxy IP and its port then put it into the proxy option through the Tools sections up top on your browser, its what I did at school and hasn't failed me yet, cause they can block proxies, but not a front-proxy (also, clear your history every time your done or he'll just block the proxy)
