I own a website - www.CrisisX.com. No, there is no where you can get a .com for free unless you pay. You can get: .tk, .co.cc, .co.nr, .us.tt, .uk.tt and some more for free, but they have no DNS settings and pretty bad.

What u need to do is just get a freewebs site. It will start with freewebs but you will be able to have your name in it.
