Why cant i make a Account?

Everytime i try to make an account the birthday thing goes red and i cant make it.The birth date is the only thing that goes red too.Any help?

i belive your birthday this has 2 match your e-mails birthday.

Ive tried that and it still doesnt work.

I had this problem for a while but I figured out that if your birthday is like in June you have to type in 06 instead of 6 in the MM section

ya iam not sure id have to ure not 13 yet, but iam not sure try typing out the month or instead of 6 or 7 for june or july try 06 or 07 like Hmathmaster said

Maybe it is cuz you are too young to play pawn cuz it matches your age.
