Just because you like a band, doesn't make them icons. If i wanted to allow any band, i would have made the theme music. I didn't. Every single artist in that list revolutionized the music industry in their own special ways. I was also going to include some Jazz artists like Duke Ellington, etc... But i didn't want too big a list, and most of you wouldn't give jazz the time of day. I did however include some guys like Sinatra, and Pavoritti, for those select few of you who don't want to do Rock. Its supposed to be a challenge. Embrace it.
