HELP!2 probs

i have 2 probs:mad: :
1.in between 12:00 to night pawn game says server down wen i try to and connect to pawn but in the mornign it works
2. wen i go in the morning to pawn and i wanna join and make a username i fill in everything and i press ok and the birthdate goes red and i tried all kinds of birthdates but it doesnt work

well for example liek 1991/11/07 you gatta put the 0 if the last date is in the ones if not your good.
