Ok,so I'm burning this junk I call a computer, getting a EMachine 360gig hard drive, 3 gig ram, 1gig memory(Wtf, I know) And a 500gig external hard drive, its a 25" wide screen, with genuine Vista and a sweet wireless mouse, all courtesy of government rebate check, POWNAGE.

Oh, I REALLY meant it, I have loads of fireworks waiting for 4th of july, somehow my computer found it's way in there with some imitation c-4 gel.
(Imitation c-4 is like 30 times weaker,but still fun as heck)

External hard drive is like a hard drive not connected to your computer until you tell it to, and it's like a regular hard drive, stores stuff on it so you don't have a slow computer though.
Oh yeah, never slows down when you use external hard drives.

If you want speed,get Mac. If you want games,get Windows XP. If you want to get some more speed for the games,get a better videocard.

Gigs don't matter unless you are running a company and saving thousands of files like me. I would recommend getting a later Vista version. I got mine early like you and it had minor script problems. Wait 'till Microsoft fixes the Bugs and Glitches. Then buy a Vista.

I will be completely honest with you. Macs are garbage. Starting Jaguar takes a long time and Safari? GAH!

DONT BLOW IT UP, dude trust me i really DID burn a computer, 2 weeks later i figured out that the graphics card in the old one was better -.-" DONT BURN OLD COMPTUERS, STRIP EM OR PARTS lol i learned this lesson the hard way, (congrats on new system)
