:rolleyes:how big can avatars be. im tryin to download som and it says invalid file, file is too large, and something that says its an invalid type of file. help apreciated:)


...this question has been answered now im wondering how i can lower the KB. i scaled my pic down but it has 29 KB and the limit is 19.5 KB. how can i lower it??

The maximum size for an Avatar is 100 x 100 pixels.

Scale it down by editing it, but you lost half the pic... :/

Or just change the file type, by saving as: .... whatever you want the pic type to be

just upload your picture on photobucket and click edit and just bring it down to size thats what i had 2 do.

100 x 100 pixels.
If you image doesn't fit, crop it by going to your image uploading web site and crop it there to fit.
