How do I change my avatar?????? plz help

Go to the User CP tab

Then go to edit avatar
http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r240/BEASTMODE91/1.jpg

Then select a picture file from your computer, or from an internet link. Keep in mind the picture must not be too large a file size or image size
