You get points by killing people in the game. The more people you kill, the more points. The more points, the higher your rank

in the lobby. Or check the World Rank. And just as a head's up, the game's with the Yellow Icons are ranked, the one's with the blue one's aren't. So if you want to rank up, make sure you're playing in the Yellow ones.

And it's +10 points for every kill, -3 points for every death, and +25 points for being on the winning team.
