1.) Are you an active member of the Pawn Community, on the game and the forums?Not very much on forums, but thats changing since I'm lag city in every maze I go in.(To many people shooting >.<)
2.) Do you actively post in the Tech Discussion forum?
Lately, yes.
3.) Do you have any experience in the technology world? (This includes programming languages, fixing computers, ect.)
Oh yeah, I coded simple java script for JMac, I helped in server coding in java, I am learning rapidly batch, I help my school out a whole lot in computer help, and I haven't taken a computers apps 1 class even. I have hosted forums before, I have created at least 4 running servers, I have been active on other tech forums, and am learning about how to fix computers for real life.
5.) How old are you? (Don't lie)

6.) Do you understand what your duty as a member of the Tech Team entails?
Yes, I will be helping those with questions in Tech Discussion forum, I will provide assistance when it's needed of me, I will hopefully encourage more Tech Discussion activity.
7.) Why are you interested in becoming a member of the Tech Team?
I feel I would be a good add on to the Team, and I enjoy many aspects of technology, and would be happy to help anyone that I can, when I can.
8.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time? (Have to scare the noobs away. :] )
Yes, I do.
9.) Did you notice there wasn't a #4?
Yes, and all truth be told, only because I read and analyzed other applications that were accepted so I don't tank out, and not have way to short answers with not enough detail :p
