Yes I am, I joined April 18th, 2008 and have like 450 posts.
2.) Do you actively post in the Map Making forum?
Chya!!! I love making and rating maps.
3.) If part of your job is asked to be kept secret, can you be trusted to do so?

I am 18 years of age.
6.) Do you understand what your duty as a member of the Map Making Team entails?
To help lesser map making members make better maps! And to work together as a group to make better maps!
7.) Why are you interested in becoming a member of the Map Making Team?
I would like to get the input of the most esteemed map making experts and try to learn how to make better maps.
8.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time? (Have to scare the noobs away. :] )

9.) How many maps have you made?
About 5.
10.) Have you ever had a map servered?

11.) Did you notice there wasn't a #4?
Yeah- I read the other applications.
