in America baseball has the most injuries. It is extremely easy to get injured. Football has the biggest injuries.

rugby aint brutal at all, i play it all the time...and football only has the most injuries because its one of the largest sports in the world and also footballers are a bunch of wusses.

You know the UFC is a sport too, (Cage fighting for those that dont know) Getting hit over 100 times, with gloves that are just as hard as fists can be severely brutal, not to mention chokeholds, armbars and kicks to face too. BOxErs get there noses broken practically every day or atleast after every match they have. Rugby is pretty brutal too but still you gotta give props to chuck liddel and oscar de la hoya they do get pounded.

i would think that some of the most brutal sports are like football,hockey,rugby, maybe soccer if u get hit where it counts XD i think its mostly football cause i play it at the park and i like injured my knee playing it one day (without football gear and stuff,just playing it for fun >:3) im not sure what i did but it hurts once and awhile >.< but ive heard that rugby is rough too and stuff...
