Baseball season is back!
What's your favorite baseball team? Also, who do you think is going to win the World Series? Also, feel free to discuss all things baseball related here. Trades, Signings, Standing, Predictions, etc.
My favorite team is the San Diego Padres. I think the World Series will be Red Sox vs. Diamondbacks with the Red Sox winning it all in 6.
No Spamming, No Flaming, and no naughty things.

Rockies.
In real life, itll be NYY vs. Arizona. Rematch.

Lawl the only difference in this than the whats your favorite sport is that you asked who is gonna win the world series.
Anywho as much as i would like the phillies to win, i doubt they are.
Rockies(lawl that was just a random team that i think is gonna do well)

Arizona Diamondbacks are the greatest, and they are very young which is good. I used to live in AZ and go to a lot of games, but then i moved so now i can only see them on tv. But when i went back to visit last summer i went to a game :).
I was only in second grade when they won in 01. All i remember was my dad yelling and screaming and running around the house O_O. But i do love watching the tape of it :D
PS: the new colors are awesome!

I like the Phillies the most. They have a great team. I think their going to the playoffs,but they won't win the series. I don't really know who will win it all.

Ah, finally, a Yankees fan. :D And I think the Rays and the Nationals are a long shot to make the playoffs, much less the World Series.
Well SharpY the Royals are falling... It was fun while it lasted, you can't win if you don't score. Anyway yea the Diamondbacks are tearing it up. Great pitching, great young hitting, they should go to the series barring injuring.
Al: Boston is tough, Detroit has a good team but they are stinking up the place right now.
Twins are my team they should make the playoffs but I doubt they will win the series.

There are 4 teams that I can really see going far, from the NL it's the Diamondbacks and the Phillies, and in the AL it's the Red Sox and the Angels.

Well, the Padres are currently one of the worst teams in the league. We can't score runs to save our lives.
Maybe we could get Matt Holliday from the Rockies. Rumors are going around that he might be traded.

Well, in my opinion, you do whatever it takes to win. And if signing Bonds will equal a championship (or make them one step closer to one), then they sure as hell should.

wow i like the Yankees until they fired their manager. but i have always been raised a cubs fan as we speak they r blowing 2-4 to the astros in the bottom of the 8th...maybe dempster will go back to being dumpster? :(

Everyone has a bad start every once in a while. I think the Cubs are going to do fine this year. They're certainly playing like a Championship team.
