It looked like they were shooting the wall, but they were really shooting at your head. You were just lagging, and it seemed like they were shooting downward.

Clear cashe
get a better computer/internet

this will reduce lag

you know its probably more lag than map cycle glitch- cause shooting at walls would be because its laggy so you cant see which direction their shooting but the map cycle glitch is when people move THROUGH walls.
