I have an Idea for a new Gametype that could inhance the productivity and details in a map. Player-Created Content is a good feature in Pawn. If you can expand it, more people will like it.
1.) A Debug Gametype for New Maps.
This would be a simple gametype with only 1-2 players allowed. This gametype would allow the host to explore his/her map freely without the usual boundries in a map. Any kills would not be registered to the players score.
2.) Features
This Gametype should give users the power to fully debug thier own map. This would play out with certain tools.
- A teleport function, to teleport anywhere within the map. So the user can inspect various parts of the map quicker than usual.
- A function where the user can change certain tiles in-game to speed up the testing process.
These would be especially good for debugging mazes and large maps, but could also be used on smaller maps too.
3.) Suggestions?
If you have any comments or suggestions, please post them.
